Qatar’s MoPH ask’s citizen of Qatar to not delay their COVID-19 booster dose

The Ministry of Qatar’s MoPH has asked all eligible citizens and residents of Qatar to get their COVID-19 booster dose as soon as possible, and to not delay their vaccination appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine booster dose to make sure they are safeguarded against the virus as it can be helpful for them and their loved ones. Since the start of the COVID-19 booster program the ministry (MoPH) has been administering the vaccine booster shot to eligible individuals in the country, the booster doses that are given to the residents consist of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines which are being given to high-risk individuals who took their second shot over eight months ago. These booster doses are also given to individual aged over 50’s, and those who are immunocompromised and those with chronic conditions that increase the risk for severe COVID-19 (regardless of age) are also eligible to receive the booster

According to Ministry officials, Licensed Umrah tour operators in Qatar have again started arranging Umrah tours for pilgrims, including expatriates, from Qatar to Saudi Arabia.
